2.  How do I get seen?  Fill out the application form.

3.   When can I get in to be seen?  It depends on you. Within a couple of days to less than a week in most cases.

4.   Do I have to have insurance?  No it is not necessary.

5.   May I bring my child to be seen?  Children are welcomed (any age).

6.   Do you have a payment plan?   They are available certain conditions may apply.

7.   Healthy seminars are given at the clinic too? Yes they are.

8.     It the program expensive?  No . There is a membership fee.

10. Is the program just for healthy people? NO

11. I speak only Spanish. Do you have someone that speaks Spanish? Habla Espanol?  
          Yes, there are physicians on staff that are bilingual.
